Our Story
It all began in the mind of a humble village girl’s mind, inspired by Mexican authentic food preparation traditions while studying in the USA. Together with her husband, established Bdelo in 2010 and has grown to a regional supplier of high quality healthy and tasty maize based foods and snacks. Growing up in a community of dedicated maize growers, the founder Ms Jebiwot Bischof sees Bdelo as a continuation of her parents and community’s legacy and heritage.
